Brian Clark was the lead developer in the planning, design, and construction for Ryan Companies. A critical part of Brian’s role was site selection, leading the Ryan Development Team pursuit win, and the City entitlement process. This $34 million project includes a 134,000-square-foot new office space for ISG software design teams and a flexible 8,000 sf atrium space for community events and employee training. 

John Deere ISG’s new 134,000-sf two-story tech office building is skinned in pre-cast concrete and has a central atrium flanked by two building wings. Most of the office space is filled with open workstations, but there are also numerous collaboration spaces, lab spaces, and conference/training rooms of all sizes. There are 670 parking spaces (5:1 ratio) on-site, and there is room to expand parking and building square footage to this Class B+ office building.

The interiors have access to natural light and an industrial feel, with exposed steel structure and concrete floors. The loading dock is at-grade, and the floor-to-ceiling height is 15’-0”. The floor plan aligns with Deere’s program requirements but could easily be demisable by floor or wing. The main entrance will provide secure access with a security desk, card access lanes, and a waiting area.

People bump into each other and have these great conversations," she said.  The new space, which includes a massive recreation room that boasts ping pong, foosball and shuffleboard tables, is a plus when recruiting.”, Barringer said.
