While at Ryan Companies, Brian Clark was the owner’s representative for the City of Pleasant Hill in the planning and construction of their new Public Safety Facility.
A critical part of Brian’s role was leading the Public Safety Advisory Committee and guiding the city toward a successful bond referendum. In addition, Brian provided construction administration and facilitated the design team selection process.
This $14 million project primarily consists of a 24,000-square-foot new headquarters for Pleasant Hill Police and space for community events and employee training.
“When our community needed to have thoughtful and detailed conversations about a new Public Safety Facility, we knew that Brian Clark would be the right individual to facilitate them. Brian helped our citizens learn, understand, and ultimately support this significant municipal project. Not only did the conversations unite the community in favor of the new facility, but they overwhelmingly voted for it at the polls. We would not have been able to complete this important public improvement project without the careful listening and facilitation that Brian provided.”
