Brian Clark was the lead developer in the planning, design, and construction for Ryan Companies US Inc. A large part of Brian’s role was site selection, leading the Ryan Development Team pursuit, and facilitating the city’s entitlement process.
This $55 million project primarily consists of a 278,000-square-foot new cross-dock (OXD) distribution facility for Amazon.
The Project was completed in July 2021 and is located at 2300 Shiloh Rose Pkwy. SW, Bondurant, IA. The building is a 20,000 sf office with the remainder of the square footage reserved for product sortation and distribution. The one-story sortation center has 278 automobile parking stalls and 336 truck and trailer stalls on the 49.4-acre site. The facility provides 36’ clear ceilings with 75 dock doors (two-sided) and 300 trailer slips (three-sided).
