New Horizon Cuisine

Sonar is serving as the owner’s representative for the design/planning and construction of New Horizon Cuisine’s state of the art food production facility and corporate headquarters or this rapidly growing company.

A critical part of Sonar’s role is cost verification and setting project goals that align with NHC’s budget and business plan. In addition, Sonar will also provide construction administration and has negotiated City and State Incentives for the client. 

This $20 million project primarily consists of a 43,000-square-foot new production facility for this rapidly growing company.
