Sonar acted as the owner’s representative for J & K Properties in the design of the Total Health Experience Campus. Part of the firm’s role was selection of the design team & general contractor.

This $67 million, Phase One project includes a 100,000-square-foot multi-tenant medical office building along with infrastructure for the 25 acre campus.Phase Two build out will include and additional 250,000 sf.

Site work began in September 2024 and the first building will break ground by August 1, 2025 with completion slated for February 1, 2026.

The vision for this Campus has been a dream of Dr.Tentinger, for almost a decade. Sonar is extremely proud to be a part the Team Dr. Tentinger hand-picked to deliver on his vision.
